This quarter, between waxing boards and sweating our way through the hot Australian summer, our product team have been hard at work to improve your RMS experience.
Without further ado, welcome to the first episode of RMS Renditions, our quarterly release roundup, where we invite you to take a look at what’s new and what’s next at RMS. It’s something to tune into so make sure you’re up to date with the latest and greatest product features, and something to look forward to every few months.

Feature Highlights: What’s new?
Monitor guest spending activity with gift card reports

IBE users, you’re getting the first look at our new booking engine
- Boost more direct bookings
- Deliver a slick branded experience
*Available now for existing RMS IBE users only. Official launch coming Q2 2025.
What’s been improved?
- Take a lot of corporate bookings? You’ll want to try interactive letters to help streamline authorizations and reservations.
- Master bookings (not to be mistaken with group bookings) now come equipped with a split receipt function to allow individual parties to see their contribution.
- Did we say something about receipts? RMS Pay customers, now your guests will get an automated receipt when they pay by link.
- Rate management just got easier! Drive more revenue through OTAs by restricting rates to a booking window. Or fill more beds for longer by setting a minimum nights’ stay rule against the days out from arrival.
- APAC customers, we’ve made improvements to owner accounting like adding BPAY for Bendigo and Macquarie Banks, EFT file totals and Tax ID number fields.
- UK customers, you asked and we delivered. Now you can take direct debit payments through RMS Pay with BACS.

- We’re launching our new and improved booking engine! (*crowd goes wild*) Dropping in with a hot new design branded for your business, the booking engine will help you boost direct bookings and increase sales conversions. Stay tuned next quarter for more information about the official release.
- The eagle is landing! RMS Pay has a one-way ticket to North America, flying in to streamline transactions and save you time by embedding payments into your RMS experience. Keep your eyes peeled for release dates.
- You asked and we listened! We’ve been working with customers to develop payment schedules which we're revamping with new and improved functionality to help you automate payments and improve cashflow. Keep your eyes peeled for our first iteration coming soon.
- Are you tired of key cards and doorknobs? We are too, that’s why we’ve partnered with the likes of Assa Abloy, Salto and DormaKaba to better integrate cloud-based digital door locks with RMS!
- More from partnerships, we’re excited to be deepening our integration with our friends at Amadeus by bringing you Delphi, the full-service sales and catering suite.
