RMS – The Hospitality Cloud, the world’s fastest growing Property Management System, is ramping up client support services.
Luke Weuffen, COO at RMS, says the hospitality technology company has employed new client support staff in Europe, Southeast Asia and China so far this year.
He says RMS now provides cloud-based booking, property management and distribution technology to more than 6000 hotels, motels, apartments, holiday parks, shopping centres, work camps and military bases across 30 countries.
“RMS has had a really strong start to the year and we are moving quickly to keep up with demand,” says Weuffen.
“We opened a Singapore office a couple of months ago and recently added new staff in Europe and China, which enables us to offer ‘follow the sun’ support for our clients.
Weuffen now manages a team of 10 key account managers working closely with Global Support Manager and more than 40 support staff based in Singapore, Europe, North America, China and Australia.
His team offers technical support for existing customers and help with the onboarding of new clients.
RMS now employs more than 100 technology, sales, support and admin staff across its increasing network of offices.
The company was founded more than 30 years ago by IT entrepreneur Peter Buttigieg and has its head office in Melbourne.
Features of the fully-integrated RMS system include property management, channel management, point of sale, dynamic pricing, housekeeping, tour desk, event managements and sales.
