What is a payment link?
Payment links are customer-initiated payments sent via SMS or Email, great for creating secure, cardless payments. Payment links initiate 3D Secure Authentication, meaning that in the case of a fraud-related dispute, liability is shifted to better protect your business. You can find out more here.

What is the Guest Portal and how should I use it?
Our Guest Portal feature allows you to take pre-arrival payments and create a secure guest profile all in one place. You can request guest ID, credit card details that will be converted to tokens for secure use and other information to enhance their experience at your property. We offer 2 types of Terminals, both of which are enabled for automatic end-of-shift balancing. 

Verifone 400m (Portable) 

  • Integration with RMS Cloud (PMS) and automatic balancing within RMS PAY
  • Portable terminal with a charging cradle connected to WiFi for transaction processing.  
  • Bluetooth and WiFi enabled  
  • 4G LTE compatible (with SIM card failover - SIM usage fees included)  
  • Privacy Shield 
  • 3.5"HVGA color LCD 
  • PCI OTS 5.x approved 
  • 40mm paper roll 

 

Verifone 400c Plus (Countertop/Cabled) 

  • Integration with RMS Cloud (PMS) and automatic balancing within RMS PAY
  • Countertop unit requires power cable to be connected at all times and WiFi for transaction processing. Power cable can be disconnected to lock terminal away overnight.
