Your housekeeping reporting functionality has been upgraded with data pulled through from the Housekeeping portal showing 'Time Spent' which calculates on each room/task. You can also keep an eye on how things are tracking performance-wise, with the brand new Housekeeper Productivity Report - you can generate this report in detail or in summary to keep track of assigned tasks for the selected day.

Provide your guests with a projected balance, before they check out. Our projected balance tools allow you to include all costs marked against a guest's account across their stay before all charges are posted to their account. Projected Balances take into account all requirements, add-ons, transfers, and rates associated with a reservation, calculating the full balance before checkout and all costs are finalised.
