Now you can request photos from guests by simply creating a custom Form Letter with an Upload Image field that will populate in the Guest Portal. Your guests will be prompted to upload the item you’ve requested, whether it’s a copy of their ID, passport, updated insurance document, or other requirements. This new feature will enable you to monitor the status of the document and remind your guest of the outstanding requirement.

Now you can decide whether or not guests can charge back to their reservation account and set limits when using POS Lite or a POS integration partner. Easily manage automatic payment preferences and set up default chargeback rules according to your property’s preferences.

You now have the ability to set different types of limits on allotment releases. The Release Type dropdown field allows you to set Days Before Release or a specific Release date that will release blocks of inventory for all dates on the date you’ve set.

We’ve added new dropdowns on the reservation screen for immediate filtering based on guests’ attribute requirements. This new functionality allows you to add an attribute filter to both the Room Type and Room fields, enabling you to filter both the room type and attributes at a reservation level.
